How do you count rooms?
We count the total number of rentable guest rooms in your property. Back-of-house spaces, offices, and storage rooms don't count.
Is there really no minimum?
Correct. Whether you run a 6-room boutique or a 600-room resort, the price is $6 per room, per month — or $5 per room when billed annually. No minimum, no tiers.
Do I need to pay for setup?
No. Setup, onboarding, and training are included. Our team helps you import your room list, connect your PMS, and get your staff onboarded.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
