Pricing questions
How do you count rooms?
We count the total number of rentable guest rooms in your property. Back-of-house spaces, offices, and storage rooms don't count.
Is there really no minimum?
Correct — there is no minimum. Whether you run a 6-room boutique or a 600-room resort, you pay $6 per room, per month, or $5 per room billed annually. Larger properties pay less on scale: every room from the 100th onwards bills at $4.50 per month, or $4 billed annually. The lower rate applies automatically to those rooms — you never pay more for having more rooms.
How does volume pricing work?
It is graduated, so it always works in your favour. Your first 99 rooms bill at the standard rate, and every room from the 100th onwards bills at $4.50 per month ($4 billed annually). A 150-room hotel therefore pays $823.50 a month rather than $900 — and a 100-room hotel is never charged more than a 99-room one.
Do I need to pay for setup?
No. Setup, onboarding, and training are included. Our team helps you import your room list, connect your PMS, and get your staff onboarded.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. Please note that payments already made are non-refundable — including unused time — as described in our Refund Policy.
