Getting started
How long does setup take?
Set up your hotel during a coffee break: describe your property, pick your modules, and invite staff with your hotel code. Most teams are productive on their first shift — the app is built for frontline staff, no training courses needed.
Do I need a credit card to start?
You add a card at signup but nothing is charged during the 30-day trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Do I need a PMS?
No. Concierly works fully standalone and every module runs from day one. If you use Beds24, the two-way integration connects in under 5 minutes (Settings → Integrations). Cloudbeds is in development and expected September 2026; OPERA, protel, Mews and RMS Cloud are on the roadmap.
Product
Does it work offline?
Yes, fully: checklists, issue logging, and room status all work without wifi and sync automatically when connectivity returns.
What languages are available?
English, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Indonesian, with Greek on the roadmap.
Is there a limit on team members?
No. Unlimited staff accounts on every plan.
Can I export my data?
Yes, anytime, in standard formats. Your data is yours — see our Security page for the full picture.
Billing & support
How much does it cost?
$6 per room per month, or $5 billed annually. Every room from the 100th onwards bills at $4.50 ($4 annually), so larger properties pay less on scale. Everything included: all eight modules, unlimited staff, offline mode, and support. No setup fees, no minimums.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you won't be charged. After that, you can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. Please note that payments already made are non-refundable — including unused time — as described in our Refund Policy.
