How do I reset my password?

Go to Settings > Profile > Change Password. If you're locked out, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.

Can I use Atrium offline?

Yes. The mobile app works fully offline — your team can complete checklists, log issues, and update room status. Everything syncs automatically when connectivity returns.

How do I connect my PMS?

Go to Settings > Integrations and follow the guided setup for Cloudbeds or Beds24. The connection takes under 5 minutes.

Is there a limit on team members?

No. Add as many team members as your property needs — housekeepers, engineers, managers, front desk staff. All included.
