Refund Policy

1. Overview
Atrium is provided by Concierly on a subscription basis. This Refund Policy explains when subscription fees are refundable and how to request a refund. It applies in addition to our Terms of Service.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 30-day free trial. You may cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Because no payment is collected during a cancelled trial, no refund is required.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and you will retain access through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not refund partial or unused months.
4. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance in exchange for a discounted rate. Annual fees are non-refundable, including for early cancellation. Upon cancellation, access continues through the end of your paid annual term.
5. Discretionary Refunds
In limited circumstances — such as duplicate charges, billing errors caused by Concierly, or prolonged service unavailability attributable solely to Concierly — we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email hello@concierly.io within 14 days of the charge. Please include the email address associated with your Atrium account, the invoice number, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer or bank, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears on your statement.
8. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hello@concierly.io before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your Atrium account.
9. Statutory Rights
This Refund Policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
